Define Your Light: A Workshop for Unlocking Creative Flow
The dark does not destroy the light, it defines it.” —Brene Brown
Many of us know exactly what we don’t want, yet struggle to define what we do want—in life, in art, in ourselves. Creativity blocks often arise when unprocessed emotions weigh us down, preventing inspiration from flowing freely.
This immersive experience is designed to help you move beyond these obstacles. Through shadow work (embracing the parts of yourself that hold you back) and embodiment practices (movement that reconnects your mind and body), you’ll gently explore and process negative emotions, making space for your inner light to shine more clearly.
This workshop combines art creation and writing exercises with guided meditation, yoga nidra, and embodiment exercises to help you identify and transform stuck energy. With support, you’ll gain a fresh perspective on the role of emotions in creativity, leading to greater artistic and personal freedom. (No art, writing, meditation or yoga experience required.)
Leave feeling unblocked, energized, and illuminated. Your light is waiting to be defined.
